Winter Rhythms: Michael Colby Presents “Created at the Algonquin” (Part 2 of Algonquin Retrospective)

A tribute to songs from musicals written (in part) at the Algonquin Hotel. The musicals include MY FAIR LADY, CAMELOT, Noel Coward’s SAIL AWAY, and CHARLOTTE SWEET. All-star cast includes Major Attaway, Craig Bierko (singing “Camelot”), Nat Chandler, David Edwards, Shana Farr, Jenn Gambatese, Anita Gillette (“Wouldn’t It Be Loverly?”), Leah Hocking, Michael McCoy, Rita Neidich, Jon Peterson, Steve Ross (“Why Must the Wrong People Travel?”), Megan Styrna, Marianne Tatum, and Karen Ziemba. Hosted and Written by Michael Colby (“The Algonquin Kid”). Directed by Sara Louise Lazarus. Musical Director: Michael Lavine.
Presented as part of URBAN STAGES’ 15th Annual Award-Winning Series WINTER RHYTHMS 2023: December 06 – 17, 2023. All proceeds of this Festival go to Urban Stages’ Outreach and Educational programs.
