Hope for the Holidays – The Wintry Mix Edition

$15 for MAC Members/$20 general tickets.  Come in from the weather and mingle and jingle with the newest edition of Hope for the Holidays – The Wintry Mix Edition!  Set somewhere in America in 1962, clueless tv hostess Hope Henderson (Jo Brisbane) presents her cabaret crew of characters including: Misty Tinsel (Eden Casteel), the Sugar Sisters – Candy (Ashley LaCroix) and Taffy (Jane Loutzenhiser); and their shared love, Binaca the Bartender (Jay Stewart).  It’s a love quadrangle and Santa saves the day, as he always does.  Holiday tunes both familiar and obscure, both heartfelt and irreverent, are sung by the questionable quintet.  Jealousy and joy, fueled by Christmas cocktails – becomes a wild wintry mix. The show’s four-city tour includes The Arctic Playhouse (Warwick RI) on November 26 at 2 pm; Cotuit Center for the Arts (Cotuit, MA) on November 29 at 7:30 pm; Don’t Tell Mama (NYC) on December 3 at 3 pm; and The Moonshine Room at Club Café (Boston MA) on December 9 at 6 pm.
