ELVIRA TORTORA tells the story of her childhood as the daughter of a bookie living and raising a family in Brooklyn through the songs of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, John Kander and Fred Ebb, Frank Loesser, Stephen Sondheim, and more.
