Take the Moment! I’ll be joined by pianist Beth as part of the Music Theatre of Connecticut’s “Hot Summer Nights!” series on Saturday, August 16th at 8 PM in my Bistro award-winning “Take the Moment.” Recently, I went to visit the venue and saw Sally Mayes and Billy Stritch work their magic. It’s a charming, intimate space; the audience was warm and, strikingly, included many people I know from New York City. Just an hour away by train from Grand Central Station, Norwalk has a long history of resident show folk.
