Bistro Award winning and MAC nominated vocalist Lisa Yaeger brings her celebrated show Jersey Girl back to the stage after a long hiatus — marking her return with the long-awaited release of her debut album featuring the music from the show.
Frank Sinatra, Dionne Warwick, Bruce Springsteen, and Count Basie have all called New Jersey home — and they all helped shape the soundtrack of America. Jersey Girl is a musical celebration of the legendary artists who hailed from the Garden State, spanning genres from jazz and pop to folk and beyond. Making its long-awaited return, the show first captivated New York City audiences with its debut and year-long run at the Metropolitan Room in 2017.
The brilliant, inventive arrangements are the work of her late musical director and dear friend, Rick Jensen, whose artistry and vision live on in every note.
