$25Susan Mack is thrilled to make her debut appearance at Chelsea Table & Stage, showcasing her latest production, “Yesterdays.”, which has garnered great success, drawing sold-out audiences and receiving accolades from critics and audiences alike. “Yesterdays” presents a diverse, uplifting and timeless set of beloved Standards. These songs of yesterday transcend the era in which they were created, and their messages and the emotions they elicit are still powerful, relatable and relevant today.
With “a voice as full-bodied as honey with impeccable pitch and delicious taste in music” (Broadway World), Susan performs selections from the Great American Songbook, including jazz standards and a moving tribute to Ella Fitzgerald. Composers include Jerome Kern, Duke Ellington, Chick Corea, Stevie Wonder and The Beatles.
Susan is a proud and passionate native New Yorker. After a career in finance, she hit the ground running with her lifelong passion, music. With the combination of “charm, wit and skill” (Theater Pizzazz) and her warm, rich and expressive voice, Susan made her mark immediately and was nominated for Best Female Vocalist for the 2022 Annual MAC Awards. Her 2018 debut show, “Nobody Else But Me”, directed by the legendary Marilyn Maye, was also nominated for a MAC Award for Best Female Debut.
Susan has brought her unique combination of jazz and cabaret singing to many performance venues in New York including Birdland and Carnegie Hall as well as to venues around the country, including Davenports in Chicago and The Jazz Cave in Nashville.
