It’s a charming\, intimate space; the audience was warm and\, strikingly\, included many people I know from New York City. Just an hour away by train from Grand Central Station\, Norwalk has a long history of resident show folk.  \nAnother opportunity remains to see “Take the Moment\,” on August 23rd in East Hampton as part of the “Hamptons Summer Songbook by the Sea” series. A lifelong Beatles fan\, Lucille is newly energized by her recent trip to the UK during which a visit to Liverpool afforded the opportunity for a Fab-4-ulous tour of iconic Beatles sites\, including their childhood homes\, Penny Lane\, and Strawberry Field. \nEight Days A Week is a celebration of the recent 60th anniversary of The Beatles first Shea Stadium concert in August 1965. Lucille weaves her memories of this concert and her life-long connection to The Beatles with a collection of songs that represent the different styles and moods of their songbook. This show is a reimagining of In My Life\, a show created 20 years ago by Lucille and music director David Brunetti. Eight Days A Week had its highly successful debut last December as part of Urban Stages “Winter Rhythms ” and had a successful run at Don’t Tell Mama this past spring. \nTwo performances are scheduled at Don’t Tell Mama\, on Friday\, September 26th at 7 pm\, and on Sunday\, October 5th at 4 pm.
