In “The Golden Era of NIghtclubs” live music thrived in intimate settings that felt raw and real. The singers’ voices were integrally woven into the fabric of the times. Inside the club\, the music told stories\, people were transported\, and the energy was always electric! \nOriginally debuted in 2024 at the Provincetown CabaretFest\, “Shadows” (previously named “Do Nothin’ Til you Hear From Me\,”) has since premiered in Boston to rave reviews before coming to Don’t Tell Mama’s for this NYC debut. \nCabaret Scenes Review: \nLisa “swung\, crooned and balladeered her way through the Great American Songbook as if born to it….
