The MAC Awards are presented annually to honor achievements in Cabaret, Comedy, and Jazz. The Awards encompass more that two dozen categories such as: vocalists and vocal groups, piano bar and jazz performers, comedy and musical performers, writers of songs and special material, directors, musical directors, recordings, and more. In addition, through special awards, MAC salutes outstanding contributions to the field of live entertainment.

MAC/ASCAP SONGWRITERS SHOWCASE

With ASCAP ( American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers), MAC co-produces programs designed to spotlight new songs and special material. These programs, open to members and to the public, also present today’s rising comedy talents.

Concierge Program

Hotel concierges are frequently asked by their guests to recommend night time entertainment. To increase the knowledge of the city’s cabarets and clubs, MAC invites members of the NY Association of Hotel Concierges to different MAC member clubs to hear a cross-section of singers, comedy performers, and musicians.
